Julie Kim is an experienced international dispute resolution lawyer. She has represented clients in disputes arising under the rules of major arbitral institutions and various governing laws. Julie represents clients in high-stakes commercial disputes across a widerange of industries, including engineering & construction, oil & gas, rail transport, mining, and trade.
In addition to representing clients in cross-border disputes, Julie has counselled clients in white-collar investigations and compliance matters including government enforcement actions, internal investigations, anti-corruption due diligence and corporate compliance program development. Prior to joining Peter & Kim, Julie was a Global Disputes associate at a leading U.S. law firm in Singapore.
