Michael van Muelken is a foreign attorney at the Seoul office of Peter & Kim. Michael has extensive experience advising major banking institutions in the area of real estate litigation, including eminent domain, judicial foreclosure, and construction related matters. Serving as lead counsel, he won multiple cases during the early stages of civil proceedings.
Michael has published in a variety of periodicals, including Law and Inequality: A Journal of Theory and Practice and the Kluwer Arbitration Blog. Invited as a guest speaker, he also presented on the topic of dispute resolution before the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea, Korea Business Leaders Alliance, and Minnesota Real Estate Institute.
