Seah Lee has acted as counsel in a range of international commercial arbitration under the rules of numerous arbitral institutions seated particularly in Asia jurisdictions. Seah has represented clients at every stage of an arbitration, from the early case assessment,
interim applications, through to full hearings and setting aside of an award.
Seah also has experience in investor-state dispute settlements and cross-border litigation and negotiation. A large part of her practice involves China- and South East Asia-related projects. Prior to joining Peter & Kim, Seah worked at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Seah is native in Korean and fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
