Peter & Kim is one of the largest single focus practice groups globally. Our team is made up of more than 50 arbitration specialists representing over 15 nationalities, with experience across multiple jurisdictions and able to practice in more than 18 languages. Sustainability
We have implemented internal initiatives to minimize our environmental impact and promote sustainability within our operations. This includes reducing energy consumption in our offices, minimizing waste generation and incorporating eco-friendly practices into our day-to-day activities. The majority of our work, including when our legal teams are constituted with members based in different offices, is conducted online. Printing of documents is limited and we have recycling programs in our offices. We make extensive use of e-briefs.
We strive to mitigate the reality of geographical distances and the impact of frequent overseas travel by combining cases, hearings or meetings in a single trip whenever feasible. We aim and to conduct as much as possible, where appropriate, remote meetings and virtual hearings.
