Drawing on their varied experience, our expert panel consisting of Craig Earnshaw, Ken Wise and Cameron Sim provided practical lessons and strategies to strengthen risk management and improve resilience in a volatile mining landscape and increasingly uncertain environment. We explored emerging sources of disputes, contractual tools to help allocate and manage risk before disputes arise, how carefully drafted arbitration agreements provide an effective dispute management strategy and the role of risk analysis and insurance due diligence to protecting mining assets.
