Kevin Kim looks forward to speaking at the Secretariat session on 𝘈𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘈𝘤𝘳𝘰𝘴𝘴 𝘎𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴, a dynamic panel discussion exploring how the convergence of different generations can impact the conduct and outcomes of arbitration.

Being held as a part of Seoul ADR Festival, this session will feature arbitrators, lawyers, and experts in a frank but good-natured discussion of the important insights they have gained over the course of working alongside, against, and before others from different generations.
