Francesca Dal Poggetto will be speaking at the upcoming ASA – Swiss Arbitration Association below 40 Fall Seminar themed 𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘏𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘈𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦, 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘭𝘢𝘯𝘦𝘴.

The Fall Seminar promises to have you diving into various topics including what happens when arbitrators step into the role of settlement facilitators, exploring Türkiye as a vibrant arbitration jurisdiction, and why arbitration is ideally suited to the high-flying complexities of disputes in the aviation sector. The Seminar will challenge traditional boundaries, and invite participants to explore new practice developments, discover a new jurisdiction and explore a new industry sector.
