Rodica Turtoi, will speak at a YRAP – Young Romanian Arbitration Practitioners ‘think-tank dialogue’ during Paris Arbitration Week on the topic of Anchoring Arbitration: Rethinking the Role of the Seat.

The event aims to provide a theoretical refresher of the notion and purpose of the arbitral seat, followed by a more practical overview of the main considerations when selecting a seat based on the panellists’ practical experience.
