Peter & Kim | Croatian Arbitration Days

Partner Flavio Peter was pleased to participate in Croatian Arbitration Days held in Zagreb on 4 and 5 December 2025, and to speak on the allocation of costs taking into consideration the conduct of the parties and their legal counsel.

The 33rd annual Croatian Arbitration Days brought together arbitration practitioners, academics, and industry experts for an international conference hosted by the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Croatian Chamber of Economy. The two-day programme featured in-depth discussions on key topics in construction and infrastructure contract disputes, dispute resolution strategies, and selected issues in international arbitration, including cost allocation and the impact of ESG and technology on dispute processes.
