Peter & Kim | Delay & Other Disasters: Dispute Resolution in the energy and infrastructure sectors across the Asia Pacific

Peter & Kim is pleased to be a participating organisation in this year’s Australian Arbitration Week (AAW), organised by the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), and being held from 12 to 17 October 2025 in Sydney.

We will be jointly hosting two events in AAW; the first is Delay & Other Disasters: Dispute Resolution in the eenrgy and infrastructure sectors across the Asia Pacific which we are delighted to co-host with Atkin Chambers and BRG, and with support from the Lighthouse Club Australia.

You are invited to join us for a relaxed fireside chat with leading experts who will share their views and practical insights on disputes management from the perspectives of arbitrator, counsel, expert and funder. Speakers include James Morrison, Sharon McGahey, Susanna Taylor and David Streatfeild-James KC with Deborah Tomkinson moderating. The session will be followed by light refreshments.
