Peter & Kim Partner joins faculty at Delos Dispute Resolution Written Advocacy & Writing Awards course

James Morrison will be joining a faculty of seasoned arbitrators to present at this innovative Delos Dispute Resolution course which will unpack what it takes to render an enforceable award and take participants beyond to consider the hallmarks of an excellent award.

Participants may choose to complete their learning experience with additional modules on the role of tribunal secretaries.

The course lasts two months and is delivered remotely. It will kick off in the week of 15 September 2025 and cover the following six topics through a series of weekly workshops with members of the faculty:

1.  Arbitrator conduct of the proceeding, in light of its relevance to the award
2.  Outline of the award
3.  Positions of the parties and the need for reasoning
4.  Drafting styles and audiences
5.  The money
6.  Petita (what is being claimed)
