Peter & Kim is delighted to host the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e.V. (DIS) German Arbitration Institute@Seoul ADR Festival event on Wind Farm Disputes on 28 October 2025.

Onshore and offshore wind farms are large and notoriously complex projects that involve heavy financial investment and include numerous players at different levels from planning to construction to operation and maintenance. Often contractual parties are committed long-term and require close cooperation to make things work.

Join us to discuss the factual and legal challenges of these projects in East Asia, along with the typical dispute resolution mechanisms used – Dispute Adjudication Boards and arbitration – and what the experiences with these mechanisms are.
