Peter & Kim | Francarbi event: Extension of arbitration clauses to non-signatories

Partner Elodie Dulac, FCIArb looks forward to participating in a debate presented by the Francarbi Association on the topic of the 𝘓’𝘦𝘹𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘥𝘦 𝘭𝘢 𝘤𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘥’𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘶𝘹 𝘯𝘰𝘯-𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘴. The event is presented as a part of Singapore Convention Week

Moderated by Hugo Petit, the session will bring together Elodie, Professor Bernard Hanotiau and Alain Farhad to review legal principles and recent developments in this area.

The debate will open with an exploration by Dr. Yue Zhao of linguistic diversity in arbitration and to the French translation of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Rules.
