Konstantin’s panel session will discuss practical dispute resolution considerations that investors should assess before and after making investments, including strategies for managing legal and commercial risks in cross-border projects.

IAC EAW26 will bring together leading policymakers, academics, in-house counsel, private practice lawyers, and arbitrators from around the world. Discussions will focus on arbitration, ADR, and the rule of law, as well as the protection of investor rights through independent, trusted, and cost-effective dispute resolution.
