Kevin Kim will be speaking at the Japan Association of Arbitrators x ASA – Swiss Arbitration Association Conference being held in Tokyo on 25 November 2025 during Japan International Arbitration Week

The conference will bring together leading voices in international arbitration to explore how shifting global dynamics are reshaping trade, dispute resolution, and international collaboration.

Kevin looks forward to moderating a panel exploring Choice of Law and Forum in International Trade Contracts: Lessons Learned, with panellists sharing practical insights and experiences on determining the most effective choice of law and forum in international trade contracts.

The day will culminate with a Gala Dinner hosted by JAA at Tokyo Kaikan to connect, exchange ideas, and celebrate in the heart of Tokyo.
