Peter & Kim is pleased to be a supporting organisation for the KCAB INTERNATIONAL’s upcoming seminar launching the 2026 KCAB International Arbitration Rules, which will come into effect on 1 January 2026.

The event program will explore the evolution of KCAB’s International Arbitration Rules, highlight key updates and innovations introduced in the 2026 Rules, and discuss how arbitration users can benefit from the enhanced efficiency, flexibility, and technological integration embedded in the new framework.
