Peter & Kim Partner to speak at the Harvard Law School Annual International Arbitration Conference
With her fellow panellists Charis will explore Practical Tips for Working with Co-Counsel from Difference Jurisdictions and Advocating before International Tribunals.
The sessions are designed to equip attendees with the practical skills and knowledge needed to participate confidently and effectively in international arbitration proceedings.
Session four will cover:
* A comparison of different legal traditions, cultures and approaches to contentious proceedings.
* The rules of ethics, professional conduct and privilege applicable to lawyers from different jurisdictions in international arbitration.
* Tips for working productively with co-counsel from different jurisdictions.
* Maximising persuasiveness when arbitrating before international tribunals.
This course is ideal for practitioners with some knowledge of arbitration and are looking to grow their expertise in the practical aspects of conducting an arbitration as counsel.
