Peter & Kim Partner to speak at the Harvard Law School Annual International Arbitration Conference
Fitting with the conference theme International arbitration as a force for good, Charis’ panel on Saturday, 12 April will discuss Climate Change and International Arbitration.
Charis specialises in international commercial and investment treaty arbitration and public international law. She is admitted in three jurisdictions (Singapore, England & Wales and New York) and her experience includes investment and commercial arbitrations under the rules of major arbitration institutions, including SIAC, ICSID, ICC, HKIAC, KCAB and SCC, as well as ad hoc proceedings under UNCITRAL Rules. Charis is appointed as Counsel and Arbitrator in both commercial arbitration and State-to-State cases.
