(DIS) German Arbitration Institute event, with Mino Han joining the panel to explore global perspectives on wind farm disputes.

๐’๐ˆ๐€๐‚-๐˜๐’๐ˆ๐€๐‚ ๐’๐ž๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐–๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ๐ก๐จ๐ฉ: Jennifer (Eunkyung) Yoo and Arie Eernisse spoke at a session exploring the new Singapore International Arbitration Centre Rules with a mock hearing of an Emergency Arbitration.

๐’๐ฐ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ ๐‹๐š๐ฐ: With speakers including Ara Cho and Flavio Peter, this session, co-hosted with ASA – Swiss Arbitration Association, provided a study of Swiss contract law and its advantages for cross-border transactions.

๐€๐ฌ๐ข๐š-๐๐š๐œ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ ๐€๐ƒ๐‘ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž: Kap-You (Kevin) KIM co-moderated a session focused onย Modernising International Arbitration: How Tribunals Drive Innovation scrutinizing established standards to determine if they truly meet the needs of users.

๐†๐€๐‘ ๐‹๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐’๐ž๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ: Co-chaired by Kap-You (Kevin) KIM and Joongi KIM, the 2nd edition of GARย Live: Seoul offered the opportunity to hear from leading global practitioners, including SeungMin Lee who spoke on the panelย Lights, camera….arbitration? Emerging entertainment disputes, that considered the role of arbitration to resolve disputes in Korea’s entertainment landscape.
