Peter & Kim | SIAC-YSIAC Seoul Workshop – From Strategy to Simulation: Using the New SIAC Rules and Mock EA with a PPO Application

Jennifer Yoo and Arie Eernisse, are pleased to be speaking at the upcoming Singapore International Arbitration Centre-YSIAC Seoul Workshop on 28 October 2025, being held as a part of SeoulADRFestival.

A Welcome Address by SIAC CEO Gloria Lim will be followed by a session (in Korean) exploring the new Rules and a mock hearing (in English) of an Emergency Arbitration with an application for a Protective Preliminary Order (PPO) along with a panel discussion on what makes emergency arbitration and PPOs effective for Korean parties.
