Young ICCA Debate
In a spirited session organised by Young ICCA, Kevin Kim served as one of the judges in a debate on the motion: “Is nationality a material criterion to assess an arbitrator’s independence and impartiality?” The debate showcased the depth of thought, professionalism, and promise among the next generation of arbitration practitioners.
