Peter & Kim strengthens disputes practice with addition of two new partners in Seoul

Peter & Kim is happy to announce two new partner appointments, with Jin-uk (Joseph) Kim and Joonhak Choi joining the partnership based in Seoul.

The firm is pleased to welcome these two highly experienced lawyers to the team. Their arrival further strengthens the firm’s cross-border disputes capability, enhancing our ability to advise clients effectively on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, across forums and industry sectors. Joseph joined the partnership in July 2026 after nearly fifteen years of experience at major Korean law firms, including Lee & Ko and Yoon & Yang. Joonhak joined the firm in September 2026 having previously been a key member of Kim & Chang’s international arbitration team for ten years.
