Peter & Kim success in defending ICC award before Swiss Supreme Court

Peter & Kim is proud to have achieved a victory for the Turkish construction group Doğuş İnşaat ve Ticaret A.ş. (“Doğuş”) in ICC international arbitration proceedings against French transport infrastructure group Alstom Transport (“Alstom”) and to have successfully defended the related ICC Award before the Swiss Supreme Court

This successful outcome was of crucial importance to Doğuş, a Turkish company, which faced a significant risk in its short and long-term business relations and financial harm due to Alstom’s unilateral termination of a major railway project contract with the Turkish Ministry of Transport.
