Peter & Kim | Taipei International Conference on Arbitration & Mediation

Dr Yunsoo Shin will be speaking at the 2025 Taipei International Conference on Arbitration & Mediation being held from 28 to 29 October 2025

The conference is co-organised by Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA), the Asian Center for WTO & International Health Law and Policy and the Taiwan Bar Association and will celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the UNCITRAL Model Law and the 70th Anniversary of CAA.

Yunsoo will join other speakers in the morning session entitled UNCITRAL Model Law and the Comparative Development (II): Development in Civil Law Jurisdictions on 29 October. She will discuss Preserving the Core, Adapting the Edlges: Korea’s Strategic Implementation of the Model Law and Unexpected Pitfalls.
