Peter & Kim welcomes new partner Elodie Dulac in Singapore

Peter & Kim is pleased to announce that internationally recognised arbitration specialist, Elodie Dulac, will join the firm as a Partner in its Singapore office effective from 2 June 2026

Elodie has been based in Singapore for 20 years and joins from King & Spalding where she had been for over 15 years. She brings extensive experience as counsel in commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitrations across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond with particular expertise in disputes in the energy sector. In addition to her work as counsel, Elodie sits regularly as an arbitrator.

Elodie is well-placed to support the firm’s bridge between Europe and Asia in commercial and investment arbitrations. As a Singapore-based French practitioner, Elodie has a strong track record handling disputes spanning Europe and Asia-Pacific across various industry sectors. Elodie has particularly deep experience of African energy disputes in which she has acted for both Asia-Pacific and European clients alike, strengthening the firm’s geographical capabilities in this expanding sector.

Elodie is a highly respected arbitration practitioner with an outstanding reputation for strategic, commercial and technically excellent work on complex, high-value matters” said SeungMin Lee, Managing Partner of Peter & Kim’s Singapore office. “Her arrival enhances our ability to support clients on their most complex cross-border matters in the Asia-Pacific and beyond”.

Elodie said: “I am delighted to join Peter & Kim, which has established itself as one of the leading and most dynamic arbitration practices in the Asia-Pacific region. Peter & Kim offers a unique platform bridging the Asia-Pacific and Europe, deeply rooted in civil law and in common law, making it an ideal platform to best serve my clients in both commercial and investment treaty arbitrations. I look forward to contributing to the further development of the firm’s strength in South-East Asia, and to working closely with the team in the region and with the broader global team”.

A warm welcome to Elodie!
