Our team is looking for an Associate to join the Sydney office. We are seeking candidates with 2-3 years’ PQE, a strong academic background and genuine enthusiasm for international arbitration. The Australian team handles a caseload in English and French, along with other languages so fluency in English is essential and professional proficiency in French would be a distinct advantage. Working knowledge of other languages, particularly Spanish and Korean will be highly regarded.

Candidates should have experience in dispute resolution (preferably in arbitration), including preparing/drafting and filing documents, conducting research and running document production in large cases. Candidates must be proactive and team-oriented with a high level of self-motivation. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Australian qualifications are required and candidates must be able to demonstrate unrestricted working rights in Australia.

The statement of interest should be no longer than 500 words, set out the applicant’s experience and why they consider they have the qualities required for this role. The writing sample must be the applicant’s own work, without editing, and should be limited to 1,500 words.
