P&K Interview: Rise of international arbitration in Korea

Kevin Kim has been interviewed on the Arirang TV program The Globalists about the growing use of international arbitration in Korea and beyond, as well as his own practice. 

Over the past 30 years, Kevin has acted as counsel, presiding arbitrator, co–arbitrator or sole arbitrator in more than 350 cases of international arbitrations under various arbitration rules. Presently, he is involved in several investment and commercial arbitrations.  

In this interview Kevin speaks to the unique aspects of providing international arbitration services in Korea (a practice he refers to as “K-Legal”), dealing with different legal traditions, cultural and language aspects of a case and the advantages that the global Peter & Kim team provide to clients through its expertise and diversity.
