Prior to joining Peter & Kim as an Associate, Alan Nadirov has gained considerable experience working in international arbitration groups of major Stockholm and Paris based law firms. He recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Arbitration from Stockholm University (2022).

He is active in investor-state and international commercial arbitration.

  • Represented a Norwegian geophysical company in a dispute concerning offshore seismic surveys an arbitration under ICAC Rules, with Russian law applicable.
  • Represented a major mining and metallurgy consortium in international arbitration proceedings under the ICC Rules with more than USD 500 million in dispute, with Swiss law applicable.
