PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Brandon is a foreign attorney at Peter & Kim’s Seoul office, specializing in high stakes international commercial and investment treaty arbitration. Brandon has acted as counsel in arbitrations under a wide variety of arbitral institutions, such as the ICSID, ICC, PCA, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations worldwide.
His practice spans a wide variety of industry sectors – ranging from disputes arising out of large-scale infrastructure, construction and engineering projects to financial, technology and investment disputes. These frequently involve novel aspects of law and practice, covering multiple jurisdictions and legal systems.
Brandon has broad experience with complex commercial litigation, and arbitration-related litigation before national courts. He has successfully challenged and enforced arbitral awards, stayed litigation proceedings in favour of arbitration, and obtained interim measures in aid of arbitration. He is also well-versed in matters relating to cryptocurrency and digital assets, having represented and advised cryptocurrency service providers, stablecoin issuers, and key industry players in their disputes within the ecosystem.
Prior to joining Peter & Kim, Brandon was a senior member of Singapore’s top dispute resolution practice.
