Sabina Nurbagandova is a Russian qualified lawyer specializing in international commercial and investment arbitration, including disputes concerning gas supply contracts, commodities trading, construction and international sales contracts. In addition to Peter & Kim, she has gained professional experience at a Paris-based boutique international arbitration law firm, and at the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC). - Acting as part of a counsel team representing an investor from Southeast Asia against an Asian State in an investment arbitration of USD several billion under the UNCITRAL Rules.
- Part of a team representing a company in a dispute concerning a long-term supply agreement for coal deliveries, dealing with issues of sanctions and interruption of supply.
- Part of a team representing a Korean construction company in an ICC arbitration against a Turkish company in relation to the construction of an electric substation in Iraq.
- Acted as part of a team representing a South American State against a European investor in an ICSID investment arbitration concerning alleged denial of justice.
