PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE

Sophie Bühler is a Swiss qualified attorney-at-law specializing in international and domestic arbitration and related litigation proceedings.

Prior to joining Peter & Kim she has gained experience working for the dispute resolution practice of a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich and as an ad-hoc clerk for the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS). She has been involved as co-counsel and administrative secretary in international and domestic arbitration proceedings under various rules (ICC, DIS and CAS) and in ad-hoc proceedings.
She has gained professional experience in disputes arising from construction contracts, distribution contracts and employment contracts in the sports industry. In the latter, she was also involved in cases related to associative matters and anti-doping proceedings.

Before being admitted to the bar, she worked as an academic assistant at the University of Zurich, as a judicial law clerk and completed internships in major law firms in Zurich and London.
