Tom Moxham was admitted to the bar in 1987 and has had decades of experience as an attorney practicing in Australia, Europe and Asia. He has specialist experience working in both arbitral institutions and leading firms in international arbitration. He has acted as counsel in international arbitrations under various rules, including ICC, ICSID, KCAB, CAS, SCC and SIAC.
He was the first international counsel appointed to the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board.
In parallel with his legal practice, he has extensive experience in agriculture and agribusiness, including dispute resolution, financing, production, government policy and environmental management.
