Peter & Kim contributes to Practical PIL publication

Peter & Kim lawyers have contributed to the new Practical PIL publication – Public International Law and its Implications for Business

Peter & Kim is pleased to have contributed to the publication of the newly released Jus Mundi publication Practical PIL: Public International Law and its Implications for Business.

Partner Charis Tan is one of the editors of the publication and a co-author of three chapters. Her co-authors include Associate Lixin Chen and Paralegal Daven Salim.

Partner Alexis Schoeb and Counsel Micael Totaro have co-authored a chapter on Sports Law.

💡The book is “intended to address the question of how public international law impacts businesses and how businesses are increasingly required to navigate international obligations, in addition to direct domestic legislation”.
